COVID-19 Update June 12th 2020
Update 7th July 2020:
Our central office and staff are set up and fully equipped to adhere to the government’s latest Covid-19 workplace guidance.
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that we are now in a position to offer a limited amount of face to face appointments. Please speak to a support worker to discuss your individual/immediate needs.
We want to reassure our service users that Swansea Women’s Aid is, and has, remained available to support you throughout this pandemic.
We are currently preparing our offices to enable us to accept pre planned appointments just as soon as we are permitted to do so, in accordance to government guidance.
In the meantime, our support workers remain in contact with service users via phone support and are facilitating a number of online support programmes.
Of course, this may not be suitable for everyone. In that case, we are available to discuss your needs on an individual basis.
Please remember, if you are a woman in need of help, we are available in the following ways:
Telephone on 01792 688683 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
