If you are in fear for you safety, and can do so, call 999.

There is a non-emergency Police number 101, where if you feel you can safely call, log any threatening behaviour with them, they will be able to advise you further.

If you are seeking refuge, please ring the National Helpline on 0808 80 10 800, they are a 24hr helpline and they will be able to advise you of what refuge space is available.
