We are currently recruiting for volunteers for the SWAN Evening Outreach Project to support vulnerable women in Swansea. We provide practical and emotional support and aim to improve the safety and wellbeing of women accessing the service.Volunteers must be be:• Women aged 20+ and able to travel to and from Swansea Monday-Thursday 7pm-10.30pm• Able to commit to volunteering at least one evening a month• Organised, inclusive, friendly, open, confident and have a calm manner•Understand the importance of and be able to maintain boundaries•Able to think on your feet and if necessary be able to give clear definite instructions•Have good interpersonal skills, are intuitive and sensitiveEmail volunteering@swanseawa.org.uk to apply!If you cannot make the May training, we have trainings every month you can attend. ...
