Our first co-production event of the year saw service users of past and present come together to plant pots of flowers as an act of hope and growth in these colder winter months.

Getting our hands into the soil was a gentle and meaningful way to spend time together - sharing conversation, reflecting on the challenges that winter can bring, and naming what we are hoping for as spring approaches.

The process reminded us of the importance of patience during times of growth: even when the signs aren’t visible yet, planting the seed of change is a powerful act.

In true co-production style, we also learnt from a member of the community how to finger knit and create colourful decoration for our plant pots.
