This spring, our survivor-led coffee mornings have continued to provide a welcoming space for women to connect, learn, and enjoy time together. From confidence-building workshops to creative activities and self-care sessions, each gathering has offered something unique.

One of the highlights was an inspiring empowerment morning led by Shaheena Kenyon of SUZ Studio, alongside co-hosts Nic Read, Isabella Venour, and Sarah Movassaghi. Together, they shared valuable insights on building confidence, strengthening self-esteem, and reconnecting with personal identity. As a special treat, every attendee received a permanent bracelet from Shaheena to commemorate the day.

We were also delighted to welcome Louisa Allen from Tropic Skincare, who gifted attendees a relaxing mini-retreat focused on wellbeing. Through guided breathwork, hand massages, and nourishing skincare treatments, participants enjoyed a chance to pause, unwind, and focus on self-care.

Our creative side flourished too, with a dried flower art workshop that allowed everyone to channel the energy of spring into beautiful handmade creations. The session was filled with conversation, laughter, and plenty of creativity.

These coffee mornings continue to be a wonderful opportunity for survivors to build connections, try new experiences, and support one another in a safe and encouraging environment. We look forward to many more moments of growth, creativity, and community in the months ahead.
